All spindles received for repair are subject to full strip-down and evaluation. An engineers report detailing reason for failure, reclamation and parts required for rebuild plus a quotation are issued free of charge.

Upon receipt of order:

• All parts are brought back to standard or replaced
• All precision bearings are replaced
• All seals, spring discs etc replaced
• Spindle dynamically balanced (if required)
• Re-setting of sensors and encoders (if required)
• Drawbar retention forces measured and re-set (if required)
• Full test run to manufacturers specification
• Vibration Analysis carried out
• Spindle packed and returned to customer
